Who Are We ?
We’re Liam and Arlo, longtime friends who found our way back to each other in our 40s around one clear goal: helping men rebuild confidence, energy, and strength. Through the years, we dealt with our own setbacks—persistent belly fat, weak posture, and the feeling that our strongest days had already passed. Liam, 36, built his career as a fitness coach guiding men through body transformations, while Arlo, 45, dedicated his work to health psychology, studying how deeply physical and mental well-being are linked.
After seeing how many men were dealing with those same struggles, we chose to do something about it. That’s how Evolv came to life, a brand created to build solutions for men like us.
